Tequila Añejo
Frida Kahlo // Jalisco, Mexico
Frida Kahlo was a Mexican style icon and artist known for her self portrait paintings. La Casa Azul (The Blue House) in Mexico City where she was born, lived, and died, now stands as a museum in her honor. Frida Kahlo Añejo is 100% blue agave tequila.
The agave plants are hand selected and harvested before being roasted in an antique adobe brick oven for at least 28 hours. The agave is then steamed and cooled before being crushed and fermented. This añejo is aged in American oak casks for at least three years.
