Tasting Notes
"An enticing nose offers honeysuckle and confectioners sugar, along with ripe orchard fruits such as crisp pears and apples, and peanut brittle. The palate showcases burnt caramel and candied orange, along with a bitter tinge from coffee grounds and barrel char. On a moderate length finish, find ginger, allspice, white pepper and Red Hots, along with leather , oak tannins, and raspberry syrup. "
