Fundador Fine Solera Sherry Casks Spanish Brandy

Reviewed September 4, 2024Nose is pure sherry, raisins and grape skins Palate is sweet, smooth, fruity and wine forward. Its good but not spectacular. Finish is surprisingly lenghty and dries up a bit. It's much less oaky than other Spanish brandies I've tried. It's fruitiness is more reminiscent of a VS cognac. Probably will be my go to brandy for cocktails and cooking instead of the Torres 10.
