G4 Blanco Tequila was created by master distiller Felipe Camarena and is produced at El Pandillo Distillery in Jesús María, Jalisco. Named for the four generations of Camarena tequila makers, the agaves are cooked in stone ovens for about 22 hours before being crushed with a handmade metal tahona known as “Felipestein.” Fermentation is followed by double distillation in copper pot stills.
The tequila is proofed using a 50/50 blend of collected rainwater and natural spring water. This additive-free blanco is bottled unaged at 40% ABV (80 proof). (SRP $40).

Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
