Tasting Notes
"So brown it's almost a deep purple, the 2018 Cowboy Bourbon offers a nose of cinnamon and brown sugar, with vanilla frosting and doughy bread. The palate is big and biting, with oak, cedar, and spearmint, along with charcoal and burnt caramel. Heat really comes on for a strong finish with tannic oak, medicine cabinet menthol, baking spices, and old leather. Add water or ice to showcase a richer, vanilla-forward side."
