Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey

Young, i think it needs more barrel time

Really interesting and different than I expected, strong oak on the nose, leather oil, little sweet but more earthy,loses some points on the value scale

Decent small batch from Texas. Bit woody and young, but vanilla and spice is nice.

Nose comes off malty and oaky, also light Kiwi shoe polish that comes in the metal tin. Palate charred oak and black pepper finish, slightly dry, not very sweet. Doesn’t make me think bourbon.

Grassy, hay notes. Caramel and brown sugar are present, but muted. Enjoyable!

Solid stuff. Nose: Vanilla, Cherries, Peaches, Wheat, Caramel Popcorn, Pecans, Red Apples, Walnuts, Honey, Dill, Cola, Root Beer, Bananas, Coconuts, Lavender Palate: Vanilla, Cherry Cola, Pecans, Apricots, Peaches, White Chocolate Syrup, Maple Syrup, Black Tea, Coffee Finish: Red Apples, Vanilla, Cherries, Maple Syrup, Bananas, Honey, Caramel, Coconuts
