Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey

Tasting neat from a Neat glass: Nose is gorgeous with wood notes and barrel spice heat, smoked peaches, cracked pepper and honey. Palate offers cinnamon sugar and honey suckle. Finish is medium with soft cinnamon spice.

Young, i think it needs more barrel time

Really interesting and different than I expected, strong oak on the nose, leather oil, little sweet but more earthy,loses some points on the value scale

Decent small batch from Texas. Bit woody and young, but vanilla and spice is nice.

Nose comes off malty and oaky, also light Kiwi shoe polish that comes in the metal tin. Palate charred oak and black pepper finish, slightly dry, not very sweet. Doesn’t make me think bourbon.
