George Dickel 11 Year Bottled in Bond Tennessee Whisky (Fall 2008)

This is very enjoyable sipping whiskey. Just the right amount of bite. Smokey but smooth. Goes down nicely and leaves a nice aftertaste. Are you ready for 100 Proof?

N: alcohol strong at first, but mellows out, vanilla, floral P: hot cinnamon up front, cinnamon, pecan, fruit, F: shot, warm, soft Very good whiskey for the price nice mouth feel and thickness.

Cherries cordial, musty corn, vanilla and minerals on the nose. The palate is fruity with mineral, cherry and vanilla notes. Finish is shortish with some cherry and vanilla notes.

A sweet nose with a rich, buttery body. A boozy snd smooth bourbon.
