George Dickel 8 Year Bourbon

Heavy syrup on the start, deepining to a spicier taste, with a large metallic overtones. Burn lingers a good long time, but the overall effect thins out quickly, leaving just the heat. As a Kentucky snob, I can definitely taste the difference, but it's a very good value for the inexpensive price.

So imagine if George Dickel 12 had an age statement. And also imagine if it said “bourbon” on the front of the bottle. And then, finally, imagine if it didn’t taste as good and cost a little bit more. Et voila.
