George Dickel 8 Year Bourbon

This is a great bourbon with a consistent layer of flavors. The nose is Tobacco and cirtus fruit. The palate has a botanical feel to it - orange/cirtus fruit, dill and tobacco. Chocolate and sweet oak balance it. It shows some of its age with a slight drying mouth-feel and medium to long finish.

The nose is oaky. The beginning starts off mellow and toasty and builds through the finish with cinnamon burst.

Nice flavors of caramel, vanilla and brown sugar. This bourbon is super drinkable, smooth and easy drinking. The only knock here is that it feels like it's missing something in the mid palate, but at this ridiculous price point I'm totally ok with it
