George Dickel Rye

Nose: eucalyptus, tea, mint Taste: vanilla, citrus, light spice Finish: medium, spicy, light dill oily finish

Bright spices, mixed with an underaged rye. Not a whole lot of barrel character, going for the grain instead. Accesses hints of spoke every other sip. Although the finish cleans up with the charcoal finish, it fades quite quickly.

Not overly harsh for a rye
