Reviewed November 15, 2023 (edited December 9, 2023)You can smell the high proof. Theres cinnamon for sure on the nose. Barrel char is seen on both the palate and the finish. The burn is real on the first sip. The finish is a bit sweeter with maybe some maple syrup peaking through? It lasts a longggg time. It’s very tasty though and worth a pour if you can find it.
