Non-Alcoholic SpiritsNon-alcoholic spirits (aka zero proof spirits) are not legally defined. But brands typically use distillation or compounding methods to create their products, often using botanicals, extracts, sugars, acids and preservatives. In the US and other countries they contain less than 0.5% ABV.
