I pick up the notes of oak, vanilla, and fruit. It's a "light" whiskey, a bit sweet, not too overpowering or full in the mouth. Enjoyable neat or with just a touch of water.

Nose: honey, brightly floral, fresh crisp orchard apple, caramel, light cinnamon. Bright, slight hint of orange vanilla. Palate: smooth, definitely see the apple pie note. Honey is strong here too. Light caramel. Citrus pith. A hint of bitter oak tannin as it transitions to finish. Finish: lime peel? Honey, grassy, very light spice and a fresh oak tannin, petrichor
