Reviewed September 27, 2021 (edited December 8, 2021)43% vol Nose: baked apples, fruits, honey, floral, nuttiness, wet wood Palate: dry, spices at start on tongue, nut shell, fruit sweetness, malt. Finish: light, caramel/honey sweetness, fruit pastry. Received this bottle as a present and was pleasantly surprised by it's high quality and excellent tasting experience. Clean and balanced. And love the 43% vol Such a wonderful find! True hidden gem. Can't find what cask types were used but by the taste I assuming it's ex-bourbon.
