Reviewed January 2, 2021 (edited May 17, 2021)Woody, sweet peat, sour apple/pear. Tasted blind and I couldn’t identify it as a campbeltown. Perhaps the age and wood contact overwhelms the spirit. I prefer the 15. This is just too long in the cask for my taste and not particularly well balanced. -

Reviewed December 14, 2020 (edited November 18, 2021)Sweet pancake syrup, with a viscous, spicy body and looooong finish. This is a delicious, dangerously drinkable scotch! I didn't recognize it as Glen Scotia when I tried it blind--I think the extra time in cask lended it additional sweetness that covers up some of the funk I get in the 15.
