Tasting Notes
"Very light in colour, this is fresh and fruity from the get-go, showcasing red apples, green grapes and pear skin. It has a nice minerality to it. The palate has a very green vibe to it, with lots of green fruits, but also subtle mandarin. However, it is somewhat spicy. Think pepper and nutmeg. This is a mature whisky, which would've benefited from just a bit more balance. Still very good though."
