Nose: Cherries and blood orange, followed by honeycomb, caramel and chocolate coulis, with mocha and brandied dark cherries. Palate: Rose Petals, eucalyptus and baked orange, followed by grilled honeycomb and hazelnut praline, with crystalised ginger and cinnamon coated orchard fruits.
