Wild Autumn Botanical Gin is part of Glendalough Distillery's limited edition range of seasonal gins highlighting wild herbs and fruits from the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland. Traditional ingredients like juniper, coriander, lemon peel, angelica root, bitter almond, and orris root are still used, with added found and foraged botanicals like darred malt, nettle watermint, clover flowers, ground ivy, heather flowers, rosehip, meadowsweet, rosemary, haws, yarrow, blackberries, fraughan berries, damsons sloes, elderberries, and crab apples. It is bottled at 41% ABV.
Distilled GinThis style of gin takes a neutral spirit and then adds juniper berries and other natural flavorings before it is re-distilled. After distillation, additional flavors (artificial or natural) and sweeteners may be added.
