This gin is the first winter expression in Glendalough distillery's seasonal gin series. Distilled in a Holstein copper still, it includes seasonally available botanicals like Ceylon cinnamon, bog myrtle, hawthorn, licorice, fennel, and others mostly hand-picked and foraged from the Wicklow mountains that surround the distillery.
It is bottled at 41% ABV. .
