Tasting Notes
"Notes of dark chocolate and prunes mix with the salty-smoky-yeasty aromas of salted baked pretzels from a push cart. The flavor is slightly gamey (like smoked meat), heightened by notes of milk chocolate, salted toffee, graham crackers, and tart berry jam. Fresh pinecone florals mix with dark berry fruits in the medium finish, which fizzles on the throat a bit hot. "
