Reviewed April 11, 2015 (edited December 19, 2015)Sherry cask whiskies aren't my favorite, but this has a good flavor that sticks around for a bit. Not a great scotch, but I would buy again. On second taste, I think I really like this stuff! Great fruit kick early from the sherry cask, slow, mild burn. Spicy, ginger finish that I really dig. Upping to four stars. -

Reviewed April 8, 2015 (edited November 12, 2016)Strong sherried notes of golden raisin, plum turning to prune, some vanilla cream and a dash of spice. A very sweet, lightly caramelly and easy going scotch. Real entry level and approachable. -
