Rich vanilla with raisins and a nutty end.

A bit of spice to the finish. Not bad, just nothing special for me.

After finding this scotch on top 1 in the list of must tries highland single malt scotch list. I purchased this in Portsmouth, NH. Starting with the smell test, it has a sweet flavor. Coming to taste, it starts smooth, full-bodied, sweet and finishes strong. This is one of the best tasting scotch I had. I can add this to my list of favorites.

May smell like lighter fluid... but has a smooth rosy taste and goes down like turpentine.

Very fruity. Sweet and smooth. A good job with the sherry cask, but too much barrel wood flavor for me (musty).
