Grand Château 31 Year is the second limited release from The Glenfiddich's Grand Series, a collection of single malt whiskies which feature experimental cask finishing. It was first matured for 22 years in American oak barrels.
Then it was placed into Bordeaux red wine casks for a further 9 years of maturation. Available for a limited time at select retail outlets in the US beginning September 2024.
