Glenfiddich IPA Experiment

We felt like we could smell cider like esters. Backed Apple perhaps. Some more time to get more out of this. Very floral and citrus notes. But one of my favorites as I enjoy IPA beer. We didn’t notice the hops.

Subdued smoke, a bit sweeter.

If this is what you get putting top-notch single malt scotch in a barrel that had top-notch IPA in it, I'm all about it! Keep up the experimentation, because this is fantastic.

Intriguing beery character. Definite hops and bitterness on the finish, complementing a sweet nose.

Definitely beer-y. A very drinkable and pleasant dram, with lots of malty notes and woodiness.
