Tasting Notes
"Lemon curd, toffee, and hay lead off on the nose, along with chrysanthemum bud, honey and a green herbal bouquet. The palate is a bit constricted, showcasing dark brown sugar, pecans, oak tannins, and leather. The finish is spicy and somewhat bitter, a la mustard greens, also offering pistachio shells, cinnamon and cloves, and buttery pie crust. "
