Glenfiddich IPA Experiment

got as gift: N: malt, faint sea air T: white bread, light honey, corn sweetness, opens up to fruit sweetness (grapes) F: medium length, some bitterness like soda water. water brings out a sharp pineapple note at end. nothing spectacular from the ipa process but a solid drinkable whiskey, better than regular glenfiddich 12. knowing the price, would choose something else such as bourbon finish glenfiddich.
