Glenfiddich 14 Year Rich Oak

Nice if you just want something sweet and oaky

Very nice nose, not overwhelming strong alcohol. Maple syrup, vanilla, oak. Medium finish, sweet. Definitely a Speyside whisky. 3.5/5

Nose: full, very soft, sweet, round, maple syrup, lots of vanilla, lots of honey, apercut, lots of peaches, some dry fruit, raisins. With water a little sour in the back, Palate: soft, round, slightly oily, sweet, vanilla, honey, bourbon like character, nutty, lots of mellow sweet and spiced oak, a hint of bitterness in the end Finish: long, sweet, nutty, bourbon, honey

The scotch that made me appreciate schotch

I'm not a huge fan of glenfiddich as I find do it too sweet bit this is not too sweet. Very nice
