Glengoyne Legacy Series: Chapter Two 2020
This is the second release in this series, which pays tribute to Glengoyne distillery history. This expression is a nod to Ian Macleod founder Peter Russell, who bought Glengoyne in 2003.
It is an unpeated single malt that is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks broken down as follows: 5%1st fill European oak sherry, 12% 1st fill American oak sherry, 48% 1st fill bourbon, 35% hand-selected quality oak refill cask. .
