Reviewed September 16, 2020Eye: Dark Golden Brown Amber Nose: Stewed Spiced Plums; Honey, Vanilla, Butter Tongue: SO GOOD! Hitting all my Sherry-Bomb switches. Fig Newtons, cinnamon, baking spice, dark fruits baked pie. Finish: Long...sultanas, candied cinnamon, a bit of pepper on the back end. Overall: My favorite Sherry-Bomb! Better than Glendronach 18, Aberlour A’Bundah and Macallan 12 Sherry cask. Despite its youth and cask strength, this dram delivers a delicious sweet and spicy tasting experience that can last well over 2 minutes in your mouth. Amazing. I wanted to give it 5/5 but had to resist the perfect score as it is limited to 3993 bottles and does not leave an age statement. Otherwise, a perfect Sherry-Bomb.180.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed July 15, 2020 (edited September 16, 2020)Simply the best Glengoyne whisky that I have ever had the privilege of tasting. It's just above the 21 yo and only due to the abv. I also hope to try the 25 yo one day. The full, rich flavors on the Teapot Dram shine well above the supposed youth of the spirit. If you see it under 150 USD (delivered), buy it! I'm tempted to get a backup bottle myself.120.0 USD per Bottle
