Tasting Notes
"Grassy and hay grains start with a slight tinge of blue cheese, almonds, and vanilla melding in with a slight hint of marzipan. The palate quickly moves up the scale, with the sugars hitting hard after grass and hay move through, followed by tart malts into a touch of smoke and chocolate butter. Rich and creamy, the whisky leaves little to be desired, with a long finish of malts and honey turning into dried fruits and fruit peels."
