Nicholson’s: Nutty, molasses, caramel, maraschino cherry, baking spices

I’m a sucker for (certain) Lowland scotches, and this one’s added to the list. Really like the sherry and slight degree of sweet to this. Dessert worthy scotch. Sadly it’s harder to come across in my parts, so I’ll have to savour it.

Not bad at all. Quite caremelly nice and smooth. Not as easy drinking as hoped. Better with a bit of water. More you have it’s nicer

delicate, smooth, great oaky aroma.

Whisky me pouch 2007 edition. Subtle vanilla nose. Light taste with sweet notes of honey and vanilla. A little dry, Sherry finish. Nothing complex or intense, just a lovely, easy sipper.
