If you want to slowly introduced someone to Scotch that probably will be the one I choose. On the nose, it fruity, I can smelll pears, honey, maybe orange or citrus. For the taste, I got honey, some orange, pears or apple not quite sure and a vanilla taste. the finish is oily but enjoyable and slowly revealed a taste of nutty chocolate. For the price you cannot go wrong with Glenmorangie 10 years old. It's a perfect Highland whisky for beginner, but still quit pleasant for veterans. If you prefer Smokey and peaty whisky then you be disappointed.
