The smell is amazingly fresh, apple, fig, sweetness like running in a fresh garden. Couldnt enjoy the taste when strait on hot day, too much alcoholic fumes and burning undefined tatse. With one ice cube, the burn turns down a bit but still looking for the sweetness I previously discovered with the nose. Taste slightly bitter, some peat is there when left on toung for longer time. It is nice, in between characte not defenitive, smells sweet but taste bitter and somewhat peaty, not too bitter though. The after taste is not that pleasent. I like glenfiddich, but this one is 😕

Needed couple of round to pin point the flavors. On nose: very pleasant, swril sniff the apple comes first, swirl and sniff again, caramel and oak comes next...and it keeps on. Little advice, do it when there are no kids around, this scotch needs quite 😉. On palate: smooth on first, tingy later. The sweetness comes first, then caramel and oak....then a small fire lite up 🔥. The taste lingers where dark chocolate is noticable, maybe fig. Love it for sipping, it is filling and rich, will not drink it on dinner table or holiday with friends. as said before, it needs an intimate quite surrounding to enjoy, one round is enough.

One of the best. Pleasant nose, refreshing like in a fruite garden. Taste of the sweetness is clear, orange hint, sherry is certenlty there when you close your eyes. The slight hint of clean wood gives it the higher rank it deserves. Will be a permanant guest in my cupboard.120.0 USD per BottleHermitage Liquor Store

On hot days can't smell anything but the alcohol, probably because it is 46.3%!. On cooler days, the sweet fig and a hint of wood comes out. Pleasent and sweet. With one cube of ice, it is little sweet, hint of peat and surely tingle the tongue. The taste stays for a while in the mouth. Although well balanced, I gave it 3 stars because I prefer the more smooth fruity citrus. My favorite from the peat scotchs so far.30.0 USD per BottleHermitage Liquor Store

Creamy milk like color that pours nicely like a stream of honey. Makes you mouth water. Smells like butter cream cake. With hong of vanilla. Task is well rounded and satisfying. Not tangy, weet and good feeling down the throat. Will be appreciated by all, even those who are not fan of liquere. My favorite liquere so far, neat or few drops in a coffee .
