Glenns Creek Distilling Stave + Barrel Single Barrel Double Oaked

Great oaky flavor, vanilla undertones, smooth

So dark it looks like an aged rum. Palate is oak, leather and a touch of sweetness. The alcohol is noticeable but not so hot that it’s undrinkable. This is an interesting one....not complex not horrible but it’s lacking something....it just seems to fall apart somewhat on the finish.

Beautiful dark color. Smooth caramel and oak . Long finish. excellent!
