Loved the tour and education there. Just broke into thiscafter a few months. My first and most notable flavor is prune or raisins. Not bad. My pallet is definitely changing

Interesting flavor. Swheat front end. Felt like it was a Smokey ending. Liked the full body. But really enjoyed visiting the distillery where the tasting was more industry discussion and “labels” vs what we were actually tasting but was awesome topics and banter
