Godet Cognac Special VSOP

The nose is a burst of orange marmalade, followed by burnt pear and a hint of pearl onion. Flavor is marmalade cut with apricot preserve, a hint of dry champagne, peach skin, oak, and a hint of malt sugar in the finish. Overall, not too complex. Medium-thin mouthfeel, pretty light and crisp, not hot, with a short finish.
