Green Hat Classic Gin
Green Hat // Washington, DC, USA
Green Hat Classic Gin is distilled in Washington, DC from a mash of winter wheat in a copper pot still. Its botanicals are suspended within the still for the final distillation.
Distilled GinThis style of gin takes a neutral spirit and then adds juniper berries and other natural flavorings before it is re-distilled. After distillation, additional flavors (artificial or natural) and sweeteners may be added.
"Green Hat Classic Gin has, as the name implies, a classic flavor profile: a strong juniper lead balanced by a complex blend of other botanicals. Tangy and a little bit citrusy on the palate, it's also earthy and carries a touch of spice. None of the secondary botanicals dominate too much, making this a balanced spirit well-suited for classic cocktails."
