Hard Truth Sweet Mash Rye
This is the first whiskey distilled, aged and bottled at Indiana's Hard Truth Distilling Co. Made with a sweet mash rather than a sour mash, this rye was made using their mash bill #1 (94% rye 6% malted barley). This first batch is made from 30 barrels of whiskey aged for 2-3 years.
It is uncut and unfiltered, bottled at a cask strength of 115.2 proof. Released November 2021.

Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.
