Hardin’s Creek is a collection of rare, experimental whiskeys from the James B. Beam Distilling Co. Its Warehouse Series—a three-part exploration—examines how warehouse design, height, and microclimate influence maturation. Each Kentucky straight bourbon in the series was aged 11 years with the same mash bill and bottled at 110 proof.
Each release features a symbolic character tied to its warehouse environment. The Beaver was matured in Warehouse W, a five-story, nearly century-old rickhouse with a damp, creekside location in Clermont, Kentucky. Available in select markets beginning October 2025. (SRP $149.
