Havana Club 3 Year Rum

This bad boy is beating it's younger sibling out of market. And for good cause. the taste is floverly-sweet and it makes great Mojito, Daiquiri, Piňacolada and Cuba libre. And other coctails as well. and it is old enough to have it's own attitude to present, so drinking neat "young" rums is finally enjoyable (but mostly on the rocks). Essential for cocktail lovers.

Fruity and gentle nose, just an honest to goodness light rum taste. No aftertaste.

This is a daily drinking rum for me. An honest and well made straight down the middle rum. My ‘go to’ rum to mix with coke.

Aromas of licorice, banana, citrus, and cinnamon. Very light mouthfeel. Flavours include more licorice, white pepper, and baking spices. Quite bitter on the finish, with some ethanol harshness. 2.50/5.00 – Acceptable (neat)

The nose is light but quite good. Sweet and fruity. In mouth the rum is too stringent with not so much taste. At the end appeared sweetness, not more. Less subtle than older rum, it is far from my favorite one.
