Heaven Hill Bottled In Bond 7 Year

Tried this 7yr BiB again after a few years and I was more impressed with the flavor than before.

Bite on the backend, smooth up front. Good whiskey.

Picking up the baking spices more on the nose. Picking up the pecan nuttiness on the palate and the sweetness of vanilla. Finish is smooth for a 50 abv but is subtlly long. My tongue keeps searching for more lingering flavors that arent there neat. Maybe they show up on ice. Stay tuned!

Solid sipping bourbon with good balance. Worth tbr $45-50 range
