Heaven Hill Bottled In Bond 7 Year

Nose is buttered, toasted, sweet bread. Typical Heaven Hill flavors, slight peanut, but moves a little sweeter as it finishes. Seems a bit spicy for only 100 but very drinkable.

A taste from don. He noted this is not available in MN yet but is in Chicago. This was peanuty, carmally, with vanilla. This was really nice.

My bottle was absolutely overwhelming with oak and ethanol. Not at all like the HM10 or jts brown. I had really expected more from this bottle. I opened a second to see if perhaps quality control had failed and it seems oak and heavy spice take hold of this particular expression.
