Classic sweet on the nose, but young and corn-forward taste. The corn is very pleasant though, especially compared to other corn-forward products. Probably tops that list.

Very bread heavy and fruit sweet on the nose. Taste follows suit, fruit sweet and bready. Drinks very easily, doesn’t seem like it’s 100 proof. Delicious.

Nose is buttered, toasted, sweet bread. Typical Heaven Hill flavors, slight peanut, but moves a little sweeter as it finishes. Seems a bit spicy for only 100 but very drinkable.

Very fruit forward nose for a rye, maybe a little cinnamon. Very sweet tasting as well, rye is very present, but such a soft, sweet taste. Absolutely delicious.

Really dark sweetness on the nose, almost a finished smell. Similar taste, bold flavors, borderline finished taste. Really good, dark, oak is definitely present but not overbearing. Corn is still finding a way through the other flavors. Very good.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this bottle, but it’s definitely over-hyped given the countless Stitzel-Weller listings all over. It’s coming across as classic bourbon smells and flavors, very easy & soft. The low proof isn’t doing it any favors. It’s good, but nothing special.

Dark sweetness & some age present on the nose. Tastes of dark fruits and a little tobacco. Incredibly smooth sipper for 105 proof. Fantastic pour.

Absolutely delicious. Sweet nose and taste. Dark fruits, a little bread, & a long finish. Not over oaked for a 12 year. Definite buy.
