Heaven Hill Bottled In Bond 7 Year

For me it's very smooth but lacking in body, it kinda falls flat to me.. I don't see myself reaching for it out of my other bottles, but it's a good starter Bourbon..

Enjoying this neat. Love the nose on this, it's sweet on the nose with caramel, oak and vanilla notes. Good mouth feel and nice spice on the front and mid palate, not much on the back end but some notes of honey and faint black licorice. Overall a solid well-balanced bottle.

Sweet on the nose with vanilla in the mid palette. I get a strong peanut taste of the tail! Nice, not too hot
