This is a great bourbon. For me the nose is kinda like a cinnamon roll with Icing on top, very easy nose you can enjoy. Up front its very smooth and easy on the pallet, the finish is awesome with a long Kentucky hug, not too spicy and not too hot of a proof at all but just enough.. Very delightful bourbon, it somewhat to me resembles a birthday bourbon by old forester... I say Cinnamon because of the nose but its just enough to notice on the take and somewhat holds true to the nose for me all around..

Damn good!.. Easy nose w vanilla, caramel and a small hint of Bannana. Pallette is a bit sweet, warm not hot at all for being 100 proof.. fruit, smoooth... Perfect amount of spice in the finish and stays fruity & warm, loses a bit of its thickness. Release KC 003 KY-230..Gotta get another when I can find it

Easy... I could nose all day long...vanilla, banana, dried fruit, caramel.. Pallette: vanilla, caramel, mint.. Finish: Molasses, tobacco, dried fruit, caramel.. Awesome bourbon.. I will buy another

Very little maple.. Smooth, sweet, viscus, slight spice but damn good palette good going down and after... I love eagle rare 10 year, jeffersons ocean and other similar variants... This fits right in there..

Well... Different for me, but in a good way. Easy sippn neat, fruity, smooth, warm finish.. Little different then a 120 barrel proof. Think my wife will like this one...

This is highly good. Sipp neat my friends, small chip of ice as needed... Will be buying more barrel proof bottles as I run across them.

Top notch stuff. I have never been a fan of old No.7 but this caught my attention since I was looking for a different barrel proof. It's a smooth high proof, brown sugar, vanilla and spices, woodsy... Sipping neet is a pleasure but w a chip of ice it holds its flavors... It's similar in my opinion to Garrison Bros. barrel proof but not as rich and complex... My bottle proof is 129. 3

Surprisingly good. One of my first bourbons. It's nose is proof strong w a hint of caramel and spice.. Palate is moderately thin and not very complex but it has some enjoyable spice not to be confused w it's proof.. Down the hatch contagious..
