I drank it neat and there was the small amount of heat was very nice and dissipated quickly. The heat reminded me of having a soup with cayenne pepper in it. Notes of cinnamon, vanilla, and oak. It had a long finish. I imagine this will be very good in cocktails.

Fairly sweet neat but a splash of water really brings the sweetness forward. Plenty of spice but not overpowering. Finish is long with burnt caramel and candy corn. Nice bourbon.

Love the profile. Slight sweetness up front, apple pie, some caramel and then great late spice. Mouth feel is great and enough complexity to keep you coming back
