This is one of three Kentucky whiskeys released in partnership with seed company Beck's Hybrids which feature a unique corn seed varietal. The chosen varietal (Beck's 6158 for this 1st edition) is then grown at Peterson Farms in Nelson County, Kentucky. The bourbon mash bill recipe here is 52% corn, 35% rye and 13% malted barley and is aged over 6 years.
The label features the specific corn varietal, distillation year, and release year. Bottled at 107 proof without chill-filtration, this is available nationally in limited quantities beginning June 2024. (SRP $99.
