This is one of three Kentucky whiskeys released in partnership with seed company Beck's Hybrids which feature a unique corn seed varietal. The chosen varietal is then grown at Peterson Farms in Nelson County, Kentucky. The rye mash bill recipe here is 63% rye, 24% corn, and 13% malted barley and is aged over 6 years. The label features the specific corn varietal, distillation year, and release year.
