Tasting Notes
"The nose is lightly toasted grain with a bit of maple, moderate char smoke and a mild fruit aroma. The body is soft and round on the palate initially, but some prickly warm barrel spices come through as does the apple flavor on the finish. Finish is lightly sweet and fruity with a toasted oak flavor. Enjoyable to drink neat, but feel free to add a splash of water to soften some of the spiced aspects."
