Heaven's Door Single Barrel Cask Strength Straight Bourbon

Really good tasting stuff that doesn’t drink at it’s proof. Super smooth

Oak, clove, cinnamon and bitter leather

Caramel, oak, and maybe a tiny hint of barbecue on the nose. Taste hops in sweet (caramel and vanilla) with some nice oak forward notes that aren’t too “woody”. It’s darker and more complex of a taste so potentially more notes to find yet. It darkens as it sits and moves into a nice spicy full finish that has some heat but isn’t over the top for 120 proof. Very enjoyable.
